Do you take storm debris?
We do not collect storm debris. This is normally handled by your county maintenance department. If you hire someone to clean out your home or office, you must make arrangements with them to also haul the debris off.
What items should I never put out for trash pickup?
Fertilizer – Tires – chemicals – medical waste products – car parts – batteries of any kind – liquid paint – concrete – granite – mirrors – rocks – motor oil – cooking oil – gasoline – bricks – tile – dirt – mulch – waste generated by a private contractor remodeling your home – yard waste from work your lawn guy has done – construction debris of any kind.
Do you pick up hazardous waste?
It is against federal regulations for us to handle any type of hazardous or medical waste. Please visit the following links to find out how to properly dispose of either.

Do you accept construction debris? (Shingles, sheeetrock, tile, marble, concrete, etc.)
- No, we do not accept any construction debris including sheetrock, shingles, tile, marble, concrete, etc.
Can I take my trash to your location?
No, you are not able to bring your trash to our location. We are a hauler only.

What time does my trash need to be out for pickup?
You must have your trash out on your scheduled service day no later than 7:00 AM, to receive service. We suggest you place it out the night before or at least 15 minutes prior to 7 AM. If your trash is not out when the truck passes, then you will have to wait until your next scheduled service day or pay for a special pick up.
Do you use the automated trucks with arms?
We have personnel called “bumpers” that ride on the truck and pick up your trash.
Do you accept items placed beside the can?
We accept yard waste, broken down and bundled cardboard boxes, and bagged items placed beside your trash can, as long as the item is a safe weight to pick up (40 pounds or less).
Can I use my own can?
Yes. Customers can use their own can between 30 to 50 gallons.

Will you pick up trash from a can with a competitors logo?
No. Customers can use their own can between 30 to 50 gallons.
What should I do if my trash can is broken or has been damaged?
- We do not replace/warranty cans not provided by us. If you believe our crew mishandled your can, please submit proof of mishandling via videos or photos of the mishandling taking place. Include a copy of the receipt for proof of purchase. Please remember that all containers placed out for service must be in a condition to withstand the wear and tear of waste disposal services.
- Please use our Contact Us Form to report any damage to your container. Our office staff will investigate this and provide you with a resolution via email. Please note: containers older than six months old will not be replaced.
What do I do If my property has been damaged by the crew?

What do I do if my trash can is lost or stolen?
We do not replace lost/stolen containers; however, you can report your loss via the Contact Us Form for review. Our office staff will investigate this and provide you with a resolution via email.
Can I buy a new trash can from Best Trash, LLC (formerly RRRTX)?
- No. Customers can use their own can between 30 to 50 gallons.
Can I rent a dumpster from Best Trash, LLC (formerly RRRTX)?
No, we do not provide dumpster service currently.
How many trash cans may we have out to be picked up?
You may have up to two trash cans of properly contained household waste out to be picked up, each weighing less than forty pounds. Please note that if you are in a contracted community this may differ.
Do you pick up paint?
Yes, we can pick up paint and paint cans. We do ask that the paint is fully dried. We suggest that you let the paint sit out in the sun until it is dried. You may also add kitty litter to absorb the paint faster. Once the paint is fully dried you may place it out by your trash can to be picked up. We ask that you leave the lid off, this will let the crew know that it is dried, and safe to pick up.
Do you pick up tree limbs?
They must be bundled correctly though. They must be bundled correctly though. Please cut all limbs, branches, shrubs, and bush trimmings into sections no longer than 4 ft and not greater in diameter than 3”. Tie them in bundles of less than 40 lbs. each. Place them at the curb beside your trash containers. Please limit it to 4 bundles each service day. Please do not put limbs/branches in your trash can.
Do you accept mulch or dirt?
No, we cannot accept mulch or dirt. You will need to find another method of disposal.
How do I dispose of cooking oil?
We do not accept cooking oil. Please visit the following links to find out how to properly dispose of cooking oil and other hazardous waste items.
Do you take yard waste?
Yes, we accept yard waste. Your yard waste must be bagged and each bag weighing less than 40 pounds.

Where are my recyclables being taken to be recycled?
We take all of our recycling to a certified facility called Independent Texas Recyclers. They are located at 6810 Irvington Blvd Houston, TX 77022.
What do you accept as part of the recycling program?
We accept the following for our recycling program
- Paper – magazines, newspapers, copy paper, phones books, junk mail, etc.
- Plastics # 1 – #7 (No Styrofoam) – juice, water, milk, sods, detergent, cleaners, RX bottles.
- Glass – any color glass, must be pure glass, cannot be ceramic, mirror, pottery stoneware or china type items.
- Aluminum & Steel – any type of soda beer or drink cans. We also accept any food can, pet food can (no aerosol containers). Please rinse out
- Cardboard – boxes, cereal, food, detergent, pet food, etc. No grease-stained boxes or containers with food.
- Thin plastics – such as grocery store bags. They must be placed inside another bag and tied closed. (NO LOOSE BAGS).
Do I need to sort my recyclables?
You do not need to sort your recycling recyclables. Everything gets sorted once it has been received at the recycling facility.

Yes, your recycling container needs to be clearly marked as recycling. You may contact our office and we can provide you with a recycling logo sticker to place on your container. Please email our office at info@rrrtx.net. You may also spray paint the recycling logo on your container.
Can I use any container as a recycling bin?
You may use any 30 to 50 gallon trash or recycling container of your choice as long as it is clearly marked recycling. If you need a recycling logo sticker, please email our office at info@rrrtx.net and we will have a sticker mailed out to you.

How do I pay my bill?

Can I pay by Zelle or Venmo?
No, we do not accept this payment method.
Bulky Items
Do you pick up couches?
Yes, but it must be no longer than 5 ft and not be a sleeper sofa. Sectional couches may be put out, but in sections, not all at once. Please be sure to have your couch at your curbside no later than 6:30 AM.
Do you pick up refrigerators?
No, unfortunately, the landfills will no longer allow us to bring any item to them at has or once had freon. This includes refrigerators, freezers, air condition units, etc.
Do you pick up mattresses?
Yes, we do accept the mattresses and box springs. Each is considered as one (1) bulk item and must be placed out at your curb before 6:30 AM on separate bulk item days.
Do you pick up large items like appliances?
Yes, we pick up large appliances, except refrigerators or anything that contains freon or coolant.
We will pick up one appliance on your bulk item day. Please be sure your item is out curbside no later than 6:30 AM, and it emptied of all liquids or contents.
Do you take tires?
No, we do not accept tires as part of our trash or recycling program.
Do you take Christmas trees?
Yes, we will accept your Christmas tree. Please be sure to remove all decorations from the tree before placing it out for pick up.
Do you take old TV’s?
No, we do not accept tube TVs due to the leaded glass and mercury content.
We will take any flat-screen TVs. These are to be placed curbside no later than 6:30 AM.
Do you accept fence pickets?
Yes, we accept fence pickets. All pickets must be cut down to four feet in length and securely tied in bundles weighing no more than forty pounds. Please be sure to remove all nails. This must be done for the safety of our employees.
Do you take toilets?
Yes, please be sure your item is out curbside no later than 6:30 AM and is emptied of all liquids or contents.
No Trash or Recycling Service will be provided on Christmas Day.
- Service will run as normal on Saturday, 12/23/2023.
- Service will run as normal on the day after Christmas, Tuesday, 12/26/2023.
No Trash or Recycling Service will be provided on New Years Day.
- Service will run as normal on Saturday, 12/31/2023.
- Service will run as normal on the day after New Year’s, Tuesday, 01/02/2023.
Our office will be closed in observance of Memorial Day.
