Memorial Day - Mon, May 29, 2023
Be sure to have your items out no later than 6:30 AM. The routes are light on these days and the truck may reach your house earlier than normal.
Memorial Day - Mon, May 29, 2023
Our office will be closed in observance of Memorial Day.
The following customers will receive Trash Only – No Recycling – on Memorial Day:
- Louetta Rd – Terranova UD
- Memorial Northwest Estates
- MUD 383 – Gleannloch Farms which includes The Grove
- Stanley Lakes
- Trail of the Lakes
- Terranova West
- All Subscription Trash Service Customers with Monday ONLY pick-up. (Once per week service)
Recycling Customers Only
- Recycling will not be picked up on Memorial Day. Your recycling will be picked up on your next scheduled service day.
Independence Day - Tue, Jul 4, 2023
Our office will be closed in observance of Independence Day.
The following customers will receive Trash Only – No Recycling – on Independence Day:
- To Be Determined
- All Subscription Trash Service Customers with Tuesday pick-up
Recycling Customers Only
- Recycling customers on the twice per month schedule will receive regular services on these holidays.
Labor Day - Mon, Sep 4, 2023
Our office will be closed in observance of Labor Day.
The following customers will receive Trash Only – No Recycling – on Labor Day:
- Louetta Rd – Terranova UD

Veterans Day - Sat, Nov 11, 2023
Thank you, Veterans for your service to our nation!
Our office will be open, and all services will run as normal.
Thanksgiving Day - Thu, Nov 23, 2023
Our office will be closed on Thursday & Friday in observance of Thanksgiving.
No Trash or Recycling Service will be provided on Thanksgiving Day.
Once per week trash service and twice per month recycling service customers: service will be provided the next day (Mon-Sat) following the holiday.
Twice per week trash service and once per week recycling customers: service will resume on the next regularly scheduled service day.
(Service will run as normal on the Wednesday before and the Friday after Thanksgiving Day.)
Christmas Day - Mon, Dec 25, 2023
No Trash or Recycling Service will be provided on Christmas Day.
- Service will run as normal on Christmas Eve, Saturday, 12/24/2022.
- Service will run as normal on the day after Christmas, Monday, 12/26/2022.
